The Guilford Day Resource Center is a new construction, 3 story building with a Day Resource Center that provides services to the homeless on the ground level and 35 units of single efficiency apartments on the 2nd and 3rd levels.
Amenity spaces on the ground floor include a warming kitchen, dining area, a pantry and donation storage center, administrative offices, counseling offices, reading areas, laundry facilities, computer stations and a medical suite.
Guilford is a LEED Silver Community. Why did we go through the extra effort to comply with LEED for Homes?
